Located 32 km off shore from Denarau Island in the famous Mamanuca Islands of Fiji, Mana Island is a large 300 acre island only 12 minutes flying time out of Nadi Airport or 70 minutes of leisure cruising from Denarau Marina among the neighbouring islands.

Mana Island Resort is completely surrounded by white sandy beaches.

Mana Island Resort offers six distinct categories of accommodation ensure there's something for everyone - solo travellers, couples, honeymooners or groups of family and friends.

Mana serves exciting daily activities beginning with cultural shows all the way to fun nightime entertainment. The activities change daily which means that there's always something new to try.

Mana Island Resort Facilities

• Two large fresh water swimming pools are located on the north side of the island, one of which is horizon-styled and includes a therapeutic spa.
• The Hotel Reception can provide baby sitting services on arrangement (fees apply).
• Reception also has fax and email services, foreign exchange and safety deposit boxes.
• At the Linen Bure, beach towels are provided for your convenience,
  rental items such as irons and radios are also available here.
• A guest laundry with washing machines, dryers and irons is situated behind the linen bure.
• For Executive Bure guests, a complimentary wash and fold service is available.
• The Mana Island Boutique is located next to the main reception.
  Resort fashion wear, swimwear, island jewellery, gifts, books, snacks and souvenirs together with general store pharmaceutical and toiletry items are available daily 9am-8pm. You may also buy local newspapers and stamps here.
• For those who desire a break from the sun but not the fun, a non-airconditioned Games Room has indoor activities such as a pool table, tennis table, T.V, video, board games and more.

Other Hotel Services include a clinic where a registered nurse is available for any minor medical attention; massages on the South Beach can be arranged for full or half hour sessions.

Mana Island Resort Restaurants & Bars
The Island's entertainment menu is full! Traditional Fijian dance shows performed by a nearby Island group are held every Tuesday and Saturday evening and The Polynesian Dance Troupe perform dances from all over the South Pacific highlighted by the famous Samoan fire dance. This is performed every Friday.

Activities - land based
The Land activity program for both Adults and Kids includes:
Basket and hat weaving, coconut tree climbing, fish feeding, Fijian story time, Fijian language lessons, volleyball and touch rugby, watermelon cracking, beach olympics,  floodlit tennis courts, bingo and board games. The Lookout Point offers a panoramic view of the surrounding Islands and beyond.

Activities -water based
Visit the Boat Bure located on the South Beach For snorkels, windsurfing gear, life jackets, hobbie cats and reef spy-boards. Single and double person kayaks are also available as well for the big swells.

Charges apply for Jet Ski, Parasailing, Scuba Diving and Sport Fishing

Mana Island Resort Weddings & Honeymoons
Mana Island Resort specialises in arranging wedding ceremonies with a choice of venue being their unique Seaside Chapel overlooking the beach and coral reefs on the sunset side of the island or a ceremony on the white sands of the North Beach. A Mana Island Wedding comes in two parts:

Part 1
The First Part fulfills the Legal aspect which includes the registration of the couples intent to marry and the sighting of official documents of birth, divorce or death, clearing the couple of any impediments that may hinder their wedding. The registration formalities takes 15 minutes in the Registry office based in Lautoka and open between 9.00am and 3.00pm Monday through Friday. It is imperative that the couple each have an original or certified copy of their Birth Certificate, Passport, (if divorced) Divorce Certificate and (if widowed) the Death Certificate of the deceased former spouse.

Part 2
The Second Part is the actual Ceremony on Mana Island, either in the Seaside Chapel, quaintly located among tropical gardens overlooking the pristine beach on the sunset side of the Island, or on the white sands of the North Beach with the tides lapping at the feet. The Mana ceremony can be either a Religious one with a Church Minister or a Civil one with a Celebrant in attendance. Briefings on wordings and procedures are usually discussed with the couple prior to the ceremony.

Transport & Transfers
10 minutes by Helicopter from Nadi International Airport or 10 minutes by Sea Plane or Sun Air or 1.5 hours scenic cruise from Denarau.

The resort has a mix of individual bures, hotel rooms and new split-level Oceanfront Suites, all offering refrigerator, tea and coffee-making facilities and hairdryer. Honeymooners can choose from seven secluded Honeymoon Bures on the beach, each outfitted with a private open air spa bath and replete with a valet service. Stand alone Exclusive Beach Front Bures located on the North Beach offer fun and privacy for couples while our spacious Ocean Front Suites are perfect for families and friends. Ocean Front Bures offer couples an affordable beachside stay while larger groups will benefit from the Ocean View hotel style units. The Island Bures are ideal for all types of travellers.
