Matamanoa Island is 30 kilometers West of Nadi, located in the island chain of the Mamanuca's. 

Matamanoa Island Resort has beautiful Fijian style beachfront bures on a pristine white sand beach. 

You can laze on the beautiful white sand beach, swim in the azure crystal waters of the Pacific, or sip a cocktail while watching the sunset.

Breakfast: Full American breakfast is complimentary 0730 - 1000 Hours

Lunch: A la Carté plus daily blackboard special of Table d'hote & Pasta of the day.

Dinner: The restaurant features an ocean view from every table. Dine inside or on the verandah overlooking the ocean or poolside under the stars. A string band serenades each table nightly during dinner, singing your choice of song, or Fijian songs. After dinner there is lots of fun to be had with something different every night - Mr. Matamanoa contest, crab racing, broom dancing, kava ceremony are just some of the few.

Vegetarians/Vegans, whilst we make all efforts to provide vegetarian meals, please note that the choice is very limited as we are located 30 kilometres off shore from Nadi Airport.

Matamanoa has a wide range of complimentary activities including sailing, paddle boards, wind surfing, hand-line fishing, snorkeling or coral viewing on a glass bottom boat, tennis, volleyball and beach games.

Matamanoa is surrounded by some of the best diving Fiji has to offer. With over 40 sites to choose from, Viti Watersports on Matamanoa offers a range of high quality diving from sheltered tranquil coral gardens to stunning walls and even a shark encounter.

Weddings

Celebrate your special day with a sunset wedding on the beach with 2 traditional Fijian warriers and bridesmaids in traditional costume. Matamanoa's wedding co-ordinator will arrange everything for you. Wedding and Honeymoon packages available.

Getting There

? From Nadi International Airport and Denarau Marina
Helicopter (Island Hoppers) - 10/12 minutes flying time, lands on the Matamanoa Helipad.

? From Denarau Marina - 20 minutes drive from Nadi Airport
- South Sea Cruises, Cougar - fast luxury catamaran departs Port Denarau twice a day.
- Water Taxi (Seafiji) - 24 hour service to Matamanoa departing from Denarau Marina, fast  comfortable 7.6m aluminium catamaran.

Matamanoa Island Resort offers a choice of 20 beautifully appointed traditional Fijian Beachfront Bures ( 2 rooms) or 13 air-conditioned Garden View Hotel Rooms.

Beachfront Bures (54 sq metres)

The Bures, of traditional Fijian design with high ceilings lined with hand painted tapa, have been designed to catch the breeze and feature louvered windows throughout, overhead fans and sliding glass doors opening on to a lovely patio which overlooks the ocean.

All beachfront bures consist of two rooms, en-suite bathroom with twin vanities, granite bench, state of the art fittings, Italian tiles, hair drier, bathrobes & amenities.

Your bure has a king size bed and a sofa bed.

Garden View Hotel Rooms

The air-conditioned Garden View hotel rooms are all in a line at ground level, set amongst the resort's tropical gardens. Hotel Rooms will accommodate a couple only, not suitable for twin share as there is only one Queen size bed.

Ensuite bathroom, single vanity and marbleised bench, European fittings and Italian tiles, hair dryer, bathrobe & amenities.
