Grand West's Villas has 20 two storey units catering for a family of four. One Bedroom apartments contain a microwave in the kitchenette area. The 2 bedroom units contain full cooking facilities. Each unit has a modern kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner gas range with oven, colour television and a stereo system.

Each unit has a dining suite, lounge suite, clothes washing tub, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

The top floor comprises of two bedrooms which overlook the swimming pool, tennis court, and surrounding lush greenery. The main bedroom is air-conditioned with ceiling fan and a private balcony. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and both have ensuites, the master bedroom has a full bath.

The main bedroom has one queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. For additional guests the sofa in the lounge room can convert to a double bed.

All units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans, I.S.D. phones, television, stereo and maid service.
