Lalati Resort and Spa, Fiji Islands is a world-class 4-star luxury resort and spa, located on remote Beqa Island, just south of Viti Levu.

Overlooking the cerulean blue expanse of Malumu Bay, Lalati Resort and Spa is a very well-planned, environmentally friendly piece of paradise, having minimal effect on the surrounding environs, the local habitat and pristine waters of the Bay.

Lalati is a very casual Fiji beach resort, with beach/resort wear being appropriate at all times.

With a total of only seven bures, Lalati Resort offers an intimate boutique hotel experience.

However they also excel at accommodating individuals, couples, and groups looking for spa, SCUBA diving, surfing and even business holidays. Lalati is a very intimate small luxury Fiji resort that caters well to individual requests.

The resort is built along the beach. There are no roads, automobiles or traffic on Beqa Island so you will arrive by boat. On arrival you step off Lalati's transfer boat onto the jetty at the east end of the resort property.

The dive center and manager's home are located on the beach at the end of the jetty, away from Lalati's guest accommodation. Crossing a small bridge and meandering through tropical gardens, you pass our Loloma Fiji Spa, swimming pool and hot tub, before arriving at the soaring roofed main bure, the centerpiece of the resort.

Dining

Meals are served in the lofty, chiefly-styled open-aired Main Bure, around a shared or intimate table. Lalati?s Pacific Rim Cuisine is an eclectic blend of seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, imported meats and decadent desserts, all of which are served using the freshest of ingredients, with a touch of tropical gourmet flair and the warm bula smile.

Activities

Many activities are free for our guests. There is world-class snorkeling right out your front door, unguided shore diving, kayaking in tranquil Malumu Bay, guided hikes to the top of Beqa and village tours to discover life in a remote Fijian village. Shore diving in "Jayne?s Lane", right in front of the resort, is a must for those seeking to discover exotic marine habitants like seahorses and ghost pipefish.

Recreational activities (charges apply) include game fishing, surfing, day trips to Suva, dive courses, wake boarding and water skiing, and golf trips to Pacific Harbor.

Surfing

Frigate?s Passage, one of the best surf breaks in Fiji, is a fantastic world-class surf break, a consistent hollow left. It is surely not for the timid, but for the experienced and the surf enthusiast. Day trips to Frigates Passage are on our ?party barge?, the Buli Kula, and include panic lunch and refreshments.

Loloma Spa

Loloma Spa facility comes complete with a full line of spa treatments, using locally made products from Pure Fiji and natural ingredients grown in the resort gardens.

Other features of the resort's spa include an infinity pool for lounging in the sun and hot tub for warming up after your dive trip. There is an exercise room and a media room with DVD library and paperback book exchange for those rainy days.

Weddings

Orchestrating every detail and catering to your every wish, Lalati staff will help you create the wedding of your dreams. The officiating administrator may perform a Christian or civil service with customized vows as the Pacific sun and gently lapping waves of Malamu Bay witness your union.

Getting to Lalati Resort

Lalati Resort is 2.5 hours away from the Nadi Airport or 1 hour from the Suva airport and then a 40-minute boat ride from Pacific Harbor.
